1. What does it cost to have a machine at my office / site?
  • Free. Providing that the machine sells 600 units or more a month.
2. Who is responsible for the maintenance of the machine?
  • The Vending Boys will service and maintain the machine.ervice.
3. What happens in the event that a customer’s money is lost?
  • The Vending Boys will refund the relevant customer upon the next cycle visit to the machine (usually a weekly occurrence).
4. Who is responsible for the machine in the event that the machine is damaged?
  • The Vending Boys take full responsibility for the machine at all times.
5. When does the machine get serviced / filled?
  • This is a weekly occurrence whereby staff fill the machines and service if necessary. The machines will be serviced more regularly should the need arise.
6. Do The Vending Boys sell Vending Machines?
  • No. The Vending Boys are Vending Machine Placement / Operator experts only.
7. Do The Vending Boys buy machines?
  • Most Definitely! We buy up old machines for spare parts.
8. Do you rent out machines?
  • Yes. The Vending Boys will place machines at your site that you can rent from us. This means that you will be responsible for filling machines, but we will still maintain them at a reasonable callout fee if a problem is experienced.
